  1. Is shipping really free?
    In our bid to ensure that all our customers worldwide get the best service that they can trust, we have kept our worldwide shipping absolutely free.

    If you are, however, located in a remote area, kindly inform us ahead so we can give you an accurate quote to ensure that your order gets to you successfully. Occasionally, there may be extra fees for some locations; so, we need to be apprised from the get-go.

    NOTE: We do not ship to countries like Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Africa, Mexico, and Brazil because of the strict religious laws in these countries.
  2. Will I pay import tax or customs duties?
    You don't have to pay any customs clearance fees or taxes as we have taken care of them all. We have incorporated all charges and fees into our pricing to make things more convenient for you. You simply have to sit back and receive your order.
    • You will not subjected to pay any additional charges or hidden fees for orders in the US, UK, and EU.
    • Our customers enjoy free shipping to all countries in the world.
    • Countries with strict laws prohibiting sex dolls are not included in our destination countries.
    • For orders to the U.S, UK and EU countries, all customs charges and shipping charges are included in the prices displayed to you. You don't have to pay any charges.
    • For orders to SA, China, Norway, Australia, and Canada, it may be difficult to pay the import charges upfront. So, we liaise with import customs on your behalf and split the duty fees with you. We take that burden away from your shoulders, and before your purchase, we give you an estimate so you know what to expect.
  3. Do you ship directly from the warehouse?
    All our orders will be shipped from one of our warehouses near you.

    Things to note
    - Shipping is free from the warehouse. For local pick ups, there's a $49 service charge.
    - Customers outside the U.S who want to ship from our manufacturers will also pay for shipping, and they have to request this shipping method before placing their order.
    - Whether you are shipping directly from the manufacturers or from our office, our money-back guarantee stands on any and all our dolls.
    - We take quality seriously, and we maintain strict quality control on every single doll that we make to ensure the highest level of quality.
    - We do everything possible to make sure you receive your sex doll in the best shape. We do not want you to receive a faulty product, and we try our best to ensure it.
  4. How long will my sex doll spend in transit arrive?

    Our time estimate for sending out orders is highlighted below;
    Once placing your order and we have received it, we will send you a confirmation email containing the breakdown of your order.
    On our end, we manually review your order to make sure all the information you have submitted is correct. If we notice any discrepancy, we will get in touch with you to confirm and correct it.
    We give you a grace of 24 hours in case you decide to make any changes to your order.
    We then send your order to our manufacturer and join the queue for production.
    Once it gets to your turn, the workshop fabricators and artists begin to create your doll. Fabrication takes between 5 and 7 days in most cases.
    Once your doll is finished, our staff will do a quality control check and take photographs of your doll. These photographs will be sent to you for approval and are called factory photos.
    When you have confirmed everything is in order or have requested changes, and everything has been made to your satisfaction, they package and prepare the doll for dispatch.
    We will first arrange the shipment to our warehouse in order to handle the custom fees, paperworks, and any taxes. Once the warehouse receives it, it will be reprepared to be in the condition for domestic delivery by UPS/FedEx.
    Your doll should arrive within 3 to 5 days once it's shipped from our warehouse if you are in the USA or 10 to 14 days if you are in Europe or the UK.
    We will also send an email with helpful tips covering topics like unboxing, cleaning before first use, handling your doll, etc.
    It may take an average of 3 to 6 weeks to get your doll depending on your location, type of doll you chose, and manufacturer.
    If you want a more precise timeframe, get in touch with our friendly staff before checking out so you can know what our timeframes are like at that time.
    We work hard to make sure we ship products as quickly as possible so you can get back to enjoying your sex life.
    We deliver all sex dolls using UPS or FedEx, depending on the delivery address.
    The timeline we provided is only an estimate. It is the same timeline that ALL AUTHENTIC sex doll vendors offer, and we all have the same manufacturing process. If you find any sex doll vendor telling you they can produce and deliver a customized to you in 3 days; you should avoid vendors with such claims.
    Queue/Wait times depend on factors such as manufacturer, model, and the time of the year. It can range from 24 hours to 14 days. If you want to know your specific doll's queue time, contact us before you place your order.
    There may be some exceptions to production and delivery times, which include busy periods, holiday seasons, and unexpected events like the COVID-19 pandemic. If there will be any delay with your order, we will update you.
  5. Is the packaging discreet? What does it look like?
    We will ship your sex doll in a brown reinforced cardboard box with no inscriptions or descriptions on it. No one will be able to identify the content, and we will notify the courier about its fragility.
  6. I want to change my delivery time, how do I go about it?
    This is not a problem at all.
    Once your order has been processed for shipment, we will send you a tracking number that allows you to track your sex doll's transit. In the details, you will see the estimated date and time of delivery.
    If the estimated time for delivery is not the best for you, with your tracking number, you can reach out to the courier and work out a change in the delivery schedule.

    You can make this change within 7 to 14 days from when you receive your tracking number; so, you have enough time to schedule a date for delivery.

  7. Will my sex doll be heavy? Should I arrange for help before taking the delivery?
    The size of your doll depends on the type of doll you buy. If you ordered for a big doll, you might not be able to carry it all by yourself.
    Sometimes, the delivery personnel may be kind enough to help you out, but if not, you should arrange for help by yourself. It could be a friend or neighbor. We hope you have a good story and explanation for what you have in the box. A new table, maybe? 🙂
  8. Can I receive my sex doll with a PO Box? And can I use the "Hold my Package" option?
    We ship our sex dolls using shipping companies like UPS and FedEx, and they don't deliver to PO Box addresses. However, you can enjoy delivery options like "Hold Package for Pickup."
    When you request the "Hold My Package" option, the courier will keep your package in a nearby shipping hub or store where the order will be retrieved.
    Before placing your order or choosing your delivery options, make sure you check out UPS or FedEx's delivery options and review them to see if your preferred option is there. In your "notes to seller," kindly indicate the address of the shipping hub closest to you.
